Locate the key in Silverdrift Lair and retrieve the Ancestral Sword of Clan Ice-Blade. Obtain the deed from Erikurs House and find the barrel behind The Winking Skeever. Description: Search in the Chak Nest area for the strongbox from the 'Legacy of Owl. Speak to a Riften beggar and break into the strongbox in Bollis House.

The boxes will give a small number of the respective map's unique currency (such as Airship Parts in Verdant Brink), a random piece of equipment, a random Gemstone, and a small number of Empyreal Fragments. Kill the thief in Riften graveyard and read his note.
